Saturday, July 9, 2016 - Sep was one of the judges at the Annual Pacific Flyway Decoy Association Classic, Fish Division, in Sacramento.  A great event, showcasing artistic talent!  Lots of folks judging & in attendance, including John Carlson, President CWA.  Great fun!
